X Series Carbides

The only self sharpening saw teeth.

The patented shape of the X Series carbides change the flow of sand and chips to self sharpen as it cuts. The new carbide shape spreads the wear over a larger area between the cutting tips extending the life of the disc as well as the saw teeth.

In large timber, the big 2 1/2” cut of the XC25NS & XC24K makes it easier to feed the saw through tree without getting jammed.

The XC25NS is bigger to match the new thicker Tigercat discs. That being said, the XC25NS gives even more life when mounted on the original thinner discs.

The cutting tips of the carbides are built out at the corners to give you more carbide where you need it – to keep your teeth sharp and lasting longer.
